Will is an ACMG-certified ski guide with extensive experience in Japan, particularly in Hakuba and Mount Myoko, where he has been guiding since 2018. Skiing in Japan is a true passion of mine — the combination of incredible terrain and Japow’s renowned stability means I can guide clients on steep, engaging descents more often than almost anywhere else. Experience in this terrain matters, and Hakuba and Myoko deliver an incredible range of options. I enjoy crafting each day — from storm skiing in the forests with lift access to linking long alpine descents that drop all the way to the valley. My guiding style is client-focused, flexible, and shaped by years of local experience. I prioritize safety, excellent snow quality, exciting skiing and riding, adventure, exploration, and simply having fun. Will’s guiding expertise has been shaped by the complex snowpack of British Columbia’s big mountains.
