About Wilder Javier Alvarado
I’m based in Huaraz, but I have been all over Peru, guiding clients, exploring for myself and getting to know every corner of my beautiful country. I’ve hiked the mighty Cordillera Blanca and the famous Inka Trail. But I’ve also explored the wonderful Peruvian Amazon and climbed to the highest Nevados in the country. I started working as a mountain assistant a long time ago, and since then I’ve been gaining experience and knowledge to become a UIAGM-IFMGA certified Mountain Guide. I like to work in a team and I'm very efficient in solving unexpected problems so my clients can enjoy their experience as much as possible.
