About Thomas Boillot
I am an IFMGA/UIAGM high mountain guide, graduated from the National School of Chamonix. After spending a long period of my career working in the Alps, specifically in the Ecrins Massif, I settled in Lapland in the Arctic Zone of Finland. I now spend a large part of my winter between Finland and Norway. I have become familiar with the polar winter and its unique characteristics. A few years ago, I discovered the Korouoma Canyon. It is a unique place in Finland where the verticality and tranquility of the Arctic forest blend together. I practice my alpine activities there during the winter and invite you to come share them with me.
