I have known Sierra for over 8 years.she has helped me and my body through a lot. We started out in Yoga and right now she is helping me with yoga therapy and yoga and lifting weights. She has been gentle and patient helping me work through my health issues. She is honest and will help me work out.
Sierra is such an amazing yoga teacher, so patient, so caring, so friendly! I don’t ever want to do yoga again with anyone but Sierra!
