About Paul Beds
**Summer Mountaineering Instructor and Winter Mountain Leader.** I am the owner at Rock n Ridge and have spent over 20 years enjoying the mountains of the UK & Europe. I hold the Mountain Instructors Award (MIA) which is the highest ‘summer’ outdoor qualification in the UK, and the Winter Mountain Leader qualification. I also have qualifications in Mountain Biking, Canoeing & is a Pilates instructor. I am passionate about my work and find that I can easily build rapport with people. I decided to set up Rock n Ridge in 2017 for my love and passion of the outdoors, as well as the fun and enjoyment of sharing that love with others.
