About Olaf Lubbemeier
After my first rock climb in my teens , I took up climbing with 20 and since then continued to enjoy this experience in its manifold ways. Trad, sport, in the alps and at the sea, easy and hard, bouldering, with friends or family. I am a certified rock climbing instructor, and after 20 years of climbing I am still learning about movement, interaction of body and mind and keeping up with the newest safety standards.
