About Michelle Michaud
My name is Michelle Michaud and I am an experienced hiker born and raised in Maine. I am an expert in the Appalachian Trail and have been hiking in this area since 1998. In my experience, I have completed the trail twice by parts and explored different sections several times. In 2017, I did a complete thru-hike of this fantastic trail in the East of the United States. Over the years, I traveled across the country, hiking and backpacking in many states and national parks. Also, I climbed to the top of Ben Nevis, the highest peak in Great Britain, and hiked in the 95 mile West Highland Trail in Scotland. In addition, I have 13 years of experience as firefighter and EMT so I am trained to face emergencies and there is plenty that I can handle during our hikes.
