About Kenji Kondo
**IFMGA / UIAGM Japanese Mountain Guide** I was born in 1962 in Tokyo. I have been since my young age always passionated about mountains. I'm spending the winter season in Japan guiding my friends and clients in the extraordinary powder snow we have here. The rest of the year, I'm travelling all around the world: the Alps in Europe, Alaska, China, Nepal, Antartica, Russia, the Andes... I have climbed some of the most known summits like Mt Everest, Mt Aconcagua, Mt Mckinley, Mt Gasherbrum... I'm the Director of the International Committee of the Japanese Mountain Guide Association which is a member of the IFMGA.
