About Florin Bana
After a 20 year military career in Romanian mountain troops, I started developing and running my own business as a freelance international mountain leader, national mountain guide and tour leader in 2008. From the very beginning, I decided to use all my experience and knowledge to provide the highest level of guiding services and safety to all my friends and clients. I am a member and instructor of SGLM – Societatea Ghizilor si Liderilor Montani (Mountain Guides and Mountain Leaders Society), a professional association that is internationally affiliated to UIMLA. Usually I guide in Romania, but I also run some international expeditions in Morocco and Nepal as well.
