About Davide Adamo

I am Davide Adamo, an International Mountain Leader (IML/AMM) I'm also qualified as Nordic Walking Instructor, and Cycle Tourism and E-MTB Guide. I have been working as a professional hiking guide since 2014. I feel fortunate to have transformed my passion into my full-time job. What I love most about my work is seeing the people I guide enjoy themselves, discover new places, push beyond their comfort zones, and, most importantly, grow their appreciation for the environment, nature, and the landscapes we visit together. My favorite areas to guide in are the stunning regions of Valle d'Aosta. The Gran Paradiso National Park holds the top spot on my list, followed closely by the breathtaking massifs of Monte Rosa and Mont Blanc—though the latter can sometimes be a bit too crowded for my liking. Another region I genuinely love sharing with people is Valtellina in Lombardy, particularly the pristine Valmalenco and the vast Stelvio National Park. I am naturally drawn to more authentic, wild spaces that are far removed from mass tourism. My passion is taking people off the beaten track to discover secluded Alpine corners that are less famous, yet incredibly scenic and truly authentic.
