About Anselme Baud
I was born in Morzine in 1948. I am a mountain guide and a pioneer of extreme skiing - descent of slopes of an extreme abruptness. I am deeply attached to my mountain heritage. I have supervised the training of guides in France (ENSA), Bolivia and Nepal for many years. In addition to my activity as guide in Chamonix and in the Alps, I regularly lead mountaineering and skiing expeditions in all continents (Alps, Andes, Antarctica, Himalayas…). I’ve also participated in many mountaineering and extreme skiing movies. Please contact me if you want to share with me a great moment in the mountain, walking or skiing!
