About Andy Thurner
I grew up and live in the Arlberg area and the mountains have always been my passion. I am an IFMGA / UIAGM certified mountain guide, a fully qualified ski instructor and a canyoning guide. I’m also the leader of the Alpine and Ski School Arlberg Guides where our main focus is placed on “Safety”. I'm working together with other mountain guides and instructors, all locals. We all know the region very well and are dedicated in providing the best experience to the people that we guide here. I guide most of my time in the Arlberg region but I also sometimes travel in other parts of the world like Canada, Russia and New Zealand where I offer heliskiing trips. It will be a great pleasure for me to let you discover my region and spend an amazing time in the backcountry of Arlberg with you.
