About André Bernard
My name is André Bernard and I am a mountain guide (IFMGA certified) and rock climbing instructor from Marseille. Since I was 12 years old, I have been passionate about mountains and rock climbing. With the help of several experienced instructors and guides, I became an expert in the activity and continued my training in Les Calanques. Exploring this amazing massif is one of the things that I love the most! I have been actively involved in the creation of the Calanques National Park and have supported the work of professional guides in the area. In 2011, I founded the Bureau des Guides des Calanques/Cassis, which is focused on rock climbing, hiking, canyoning, mountaineering, and mountain biking and oriented to environmental education.
